We are both so proud and lucky to have such a modern lab right here in Niagara Falls. Aspire Dental Studio is Jointly owned by Drs. Todd R. Levine and Robert LaCarrubba. We have made this lab to meet our exacting standards for our patients. As dentists we now can control both the quality of dentistry and at the same time the quality of the restorations fabricated for you.

Aspire Dental Studio is a fully functional dental lab. The lab handles the dental lab work created by the dentists from many dental offices in Western New York, as well as from out of State too! Since the lab is owned by actual dentists, we make sure only the best material are used for our patients! Cutting corners is NOT an option with us!!

InLab

We have all the great modern technology for our patients!!! One of the ways our Crown and Bridge Department can make amazing aesthetic and life-like teeth is by the use of computer technology! When a dentist sends the models of the teeth to the lab. We can scan in a 3-Dimensional picture of it into the computer. Check out the below pictures!

First we scan in the tooth model (L), which creates a computerized picture (R)

Then the computer creates 3-Dimensional images for the technician to create the actual porcelain (no metal) backbone of the crown or bridge.

You can see the above 3-Dimensional rendition of the stone model from the dental office. The (L) picture has the entire model while the (R) picture only uses the working part of the model

The technician then guides the computer with lines that help create the porcelain backbone

You can see the guide lines drawn by the technician (L). The computer then proposes the above design (R)

InLab mills extremely aesthetic substructures that are almost as strong as metal! There is no metal for the technician to block out, so amazingly lifelike restorations can made right here in our Aspire Dental Studio Lab!!!
