What Can You Tell Us About Him
Dr. Levine was raised in Williamsville NY. He attended Heim Elementary and Middle Schools. He graduated from Williamsville North High School in 1979. From there he went on to ECC, UB and then took his amazing journey to New York City to attend NYU/CD Dental School.

Dr. Levine was raised in Williamsville NY. He attended Heim Elementary and Middle Schools. He graduated from Williamsville North High School in 1979. From there he went on to ECC, UB and then took his amazing journey to New York City to attend NYU/CD Dental School.
Health care, science, and computers have been an important part of Dr. Levine's life for a long time! Along with a burning desire to help other people with their dental needs. He has stayed true to his original promise to not discriminate against people who are financially struggling.
Dr. Levine has been married since 1980 to his wife Debbie. They had 4 children together. After graduating Dental College, they returned home to WNY to be with their families.
Todd R. Levine understands that people have differing dental needs and requirements based on their individual financial situations. He has personally lived life with from extremely poor circumstances, to the middle class, and on to what many people would believe to be very good circumstances. So he is very in tune with people from all walks of life. Dental needs vary from person to person. The life long experiences that Todd R. Levine has encountered, has made it possible to truly relate to you and your dental needs.
Hobbies include, astronomy, collecting animation and other art, reading about the beginning of our great Country (including our pre-colonial, Native American, and pre-Native American times), occasional building projects, growing tropical plants and watching movies! Speaking of animation art... check out the Fun Stuff link. In the near future Dr. Levine will be putting pictures of cartoon cel art in our web site! These are the real cels that animators used in making some of your most remembered cartoons. Some of them are EXTREMELY rare and cool too!! It will take a little time to get this art posted since it has to be taken out of its protective storage, photographed, arranged and then uploaded to the site.
He had some pretty amazing and well rounded business experience. His entrepreneurial experience has led him down the road of owning MANY companies. From Partnerships in a Golf Course to being a Major Developer of improved properties, then on to his Initial dental office doing business under his name, to owning many pieces of property and now many dental offices. His unique business and other experience has led to an explosive growth in Companies now solely owned and operated by him. In the past 5 years he has contributed to his WNY roots by helping the local economy with an ever increasing employee count. Starting out with 4 employees, his Companies now employee almost 50 people. Even in the difficult times we now live in, his businesses are increasing and expanding at a phenomenal rate.
Five years ago there was only one dental office. As of December of 2009, there will be five dental offices and a dental lab owned by Todd R. Levine DDS. Early next year, we should be opening our sixth dental facility! All located here in WNY!
Commitment, very well rounded and unique business experience, an ever looking eye to the future, very focussed business goals and a love for dentistry and helping people, have all combined to his Aspiring dream to help people!

Why Was Aspire Family Dental® Formed
For many years people called Dr. Levine's office virtually every single day asking if they excepted insurances like Medicaid and Child Health Plus. At that time, there was one local clinic in our area taking patients with these kinds of insurances. Many of the patients were extremely unhappy with the way they were being treated.
There came a point in time that he could not live with the fact that so many people were either not being served at all or were very unhappy with the way they were being treated in the first place. So in a typical move for Dr. Levine, he took it upon him self to investigate and invest in finding a way to help more of the people of our community! He applied his dental knowledge and then combined this with his computer and business skills in to building a new VERY competitive, EXTREMELY efficient and high tech dental company!!
His overriding goal was to have this new company try and always be the best at treating patients DENTAL needs. This company would always try and find newer, better, and more efficient ways to help out as many people as possible. It would be a company that would focus on FAMILY and people of all ages. In other words, this company would always ASPIRE to be the best. This was the reason why Aspire Family Dental® was created!

- We ONLY use Tooth Colored Aesthetic Restorations.
- We ONLY use Digital X-ray Technology. This lowers the patient radiation level to 90% less then with the older film technology.
- All Patients have their own digital TV's to watch.
- We have FREE Wireless Internet
- In our new Buffalo - Hertel Avenue Office we will have Computers in the waiting room for our patients! Of course we will only have the best wide screen Apple® iMac® computers!!!!
- We ONLY use pure water! We either use Distilled or highly filtered Reverse Osmosis water for our patients treatments!
- ALL of our employees are trained in CPR and Basic Life Support.
- We do NOT cut corners. We ONLY use the best dental materials.
- We regularly review and practice our Disinfection and Barrier Techniques to stop cross contamination!
- ALL of our instruments are either Sterilized or Thrown Out after only a SINGLE use!
- All Phases of dentistry are offered within our sister offices of Aspire Family Dental®!! Most people will NEVER have to be referred to Specialist for treatment!!!!
- We ONLY use Tooth Colored Aesthetic Restorations!
- Periodontal Disease (gum treatments).
- Our computer tracks your gum and bone support!
- Crowns, Bridges, and Laminates (Veneers).
- Many different kinds of Partial and Full Dentures.
- Straightening of teeth for ALL ages!!! We use both the traditional Straight Wire Technique with metal or tooth colored brackets and Invisiline® for moving teeth!
- All types of Extractions and Other Surgical needs.
- Root Canal Treatments. This has a bad name but it is really one of the more boring procedures we offer. Also, they are very successful and you can keep your teeth!!
- Our Dentists and Hygienists continually go for continuing dental education training!
